I’ve never, ever been to a chiropractor before. I couldn’t hear anything out of my left ear and had increasing amounts of pressure that would not release. My functional med doc recommended that I see a chiropractor to resolve the issue (after a routine ear exam revealed that my ears looked great.) I read up on Wells Spine and Sport and decided to give it a shot. Dr. Wells was super informative, thorough and non invasive. And, my hearing is perfect. He also considers both the skeletal and muscular systems in his overall treatment and I really, really appreciate that. I’ve been to Airrosti several times and love them, but I do have to pay a significant out of pocket fee for every appt., as they don’t accept my insurance plan. Wells Spine and Sport does take my insurance so I am getting the same great treatment for a much more affordable cost. Happy patient/client on multiple levels! ~ Michaela S
I’ve had chronic pain for over a decade and a terrible fear of chiropractors. After lots of encouragement from a friend, I gave Trae a chance. Trae was well aware of my fear and inexperience of chiropractic care. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and what the realistic expectations were for the different therapies he was providing. After a few visits, my pain was controllable. After a few more, I had only situational pain. The testament of his skill was the comparison of my hip flexion from the first day we met and then after several weeks of combination therapy(chiro and dry needling). My hip flexion has increased so significantly that even Emily was amazed! If you don’t know Emily, you should because she’s pretty great too. I’m forever grateful for the patience and compassion I’ve received from Trae and Emily. Wells Spine and Sport has definitely made a believer out of me! ~ Cheyenne R
I originally came in for chiropractic care due to chronic headaches, a curved spine, offset hips, and a frozen elbow. What really impressed me was that they offer both chiropractic and muscular treatment options. With time, patience, and trust, Dr. Wells used dry needling in different areas of my elbow—and within just a handful of treatments, I was able to fully extend and move my arm without any pain. Thanks to the combination of adjustments and targeted dry needling, my chronic headaches are completely gone, and I feel better than I have in a long time. I’m even back in the gym, which I’m now able to hold my body weight in a plank again and lift weights! Five-star service and a five-star team. Everyone is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
